Returning an Item to RimCenterCap.com

Return Policy 

 

* YOU MUST EMAIL DetailedAuto247@gmail.com FOR AN RMA NUMBER! THIS NUMBER MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE PACKAGE/LABEL, AS DOES THE NAME THE MERCHANDISE WAS PURCHASED UNDER. 

*We only refund the product. If it was our fault that your order is wrong, then we will reimburse the shipping. If it was customer error ,the shipping will not be refunded, and you(the customer) will be responsible for all shipping charges in order to get you the correct part.

* ALL RETURN  MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN NEW RESELLABLE  CONDITION.

* All merchandise must be properly packaged. THIS MEANS PACKAGE THE ITEM THE SAME WAY YOU RECEIVED IT.

 
*When shipping back, please insure the package, THIS PACKAGE IS YOURS UNTIL IT COMES BACK TO US AND IT IS DEEMED AS A RETURNABLE Resell-able ITEM.

 

* All returns or cancellations subject to Shipping/Handling charge plus 25% restocking fee and/or 25% cancellation fee of the total amount. 

 

* ABSOLUTELY NO returns or cancellations on special orders. (Pre-orders or Special ordered parts)

 

* Package must be labeled with RIMCENTERCAP.COM address as well as your own return address. 

* Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the label.


* We are not able to give credit on a return that is Damaged  due to improper packaging. - You the customer, is responsible for making sure that we get the item back in the same condition that you received it .The Customer must file a claim with the carrier using the insurance that they put on the item.

 

* Under no circumstance will RIMCENTERCAP.COM accept a return of product that is damaged due to the negligence of the customer!!! Remember, the centercaps  are still your (the customer) property until we get them back and they are deemed as good resell-able condition
